A quiet dignity in the way they behave, holding themselves above the rest of the mere mortals and canines of a household. Their soft and sweet girlie side loves you unconditionally just as you love them. I knew she'd been having the ongoing problems, and that worry was often lurking in the back of my mind, but I didn't want to think about you losing her. What a wonderful home she had with her sister and her family. Some dogs are lucky enough to find the perfect forever home, precisely where they are meant to be, and Ruby was one of those dogs. I had to start feeding Rascal in Ruby's spot, since it was closer to Jack and he seemed very confused about being fed first (which was always Ruby's honor).
