Robin,

This is just sickening. Elsie is so lucky to have you. She is one lucky lady who is in the best place she could ever be. I am praying for no further incidents and that it is all out and gone for good. We are here for you and sending many healing hugs.

Geez Robin, I am so sorry! You are really having a rough go of it with all of these sick pups. Maybe these particular dogs find their way to you for a reason, because they do get the best care with you. Hang in there. :grouphug

THANK YOU EVERYONE. Once again (again) your support and caring words are overwhelming.

I am a bit shellshocked. I still feel it will be OK. I hope that's not denial.

I'm sorry that it's cancer, but Grade 1 and clean margins are both good things. I am hoping for the best.

Unbelievable. But, clean margins are a good thing. Sending boatloads of prayers for Elsie and many comforting hugs to you. There's a reason that certain dogs end up with certain people. We all know that Elsie couldn't be in better hands.

Robin, I'm just catching up with this now. I am so very sorry that you were given this diagnosis for Elsie. As others have said, with the clean margins and Stage 1 the prognosis is very good. With the treatments Elsie should be fine.

I can't believe you have this worry on top of all you have been thru. My thoughts and hopes are with you - Elsie will be okay!!!!

Robin I am sorry you have to go through this but the size of the tumor and getting clean margins is excellent news. I have seen a lot of older females with numerous mammary tumors much larger.

Maybe just maybe that is why Polli sent Elsie to you. She knew that Elsie would have the best care no matter what came up.
