Guest HoustonGreys Posted June 29, 2008 Share Posted June 29, 2008 Hi All, Just wanted to let y’all know that this morning about 9:00 AM we had to help Turbo to the Bridge. He had started throwing up about 1:00 AM and by 6:30 his breathing was very labored so Barry took him to the e-vet. They determined he’d thrown a blood clot and there was nothing to do but put him out of his misery. Stacey and I went and we were all with him as he peacefully went to sleep. Our hearts are breaking and we will remember him with love forever. Turbo was our first adopted Greybaby --- May 1, 2001. He was born April 10, 1999 and his registered name was Plane Episode. He didn’t have much of a racing career but we didn’t care --- it just got him to us faster. He was easy to house train and was a funny boy. Just remember he is now pain free and playing with all the kids at the Bridge and I know that my kids Phawn, Shadow, Dart and Penny were there to greet him and show him around. You were very humane in letting him go. I know Snowy Dear Pegasus BuyCut Brogan Bool Racer & Sadie-Grey were all there to meet Turbo. There are soft fluffy clouds to rest on, lots of treats hanging from the trees, birds singing & rainbows everywhere. There's no more pain... I'm just so sorry.....
