Guest kaotic1 Posted October 13, 2007 Share Posted October 13, 2007 I made the decision to let Jordan go today. She seemed better yesterday but this morning i woke up her gums were almost white. She could barely walk and was swaying on her feet. Took her to the vet and she had internal bleeding and her blood was just being destroyed. They beleived she had a tumor but were unable to find it due the in internal bleeding. I made the decsison to let her go. It would have required blood transfusions and massive meds to keep her alive without any real knowledge that it would have saved her. I know she would not have wanted that, it would have been too hard on her. Goodbye my sweet Jordan. You were the kindest and gentlest soul I have ever known. So many people looked at you and just saw a shy, old dog. I never saw you as an old dog. You were always young to me. You were silly, and crazy in so many ways but you only showed that side to me and mom. I know i had you less than a year and things were not always easy but I tried to show you what the good life was all about. You loved your walks, trips to the pet store, and to the dog park.
