the carelift we had was for front and back but could not be front only or back only. Full body harness.

We used a carelift full body lifting harness. SHe was 14.7 and needed assist with the back end for sure. It has 2 handles and was like lifting a suitcase if needed. She did look a bit like she was a dominatrix when wearing it ??!! It is a Solvit product and was a medium for 35-70 lbs.

No advice, just a giggle as our 4 yr old that we adopted from GFNJ jumped 2 baby gates that were on the 3rd and 4th steps to tier them higher (going to our second floor) going UPstairs without disturbing the gates at all !!!!!!!!!!!!!! Good luck !!!!!

Longevity is one of the products by Springtimeinc.com. I do not know about your concerns with PLN, but they are very helpful on the phone if you call and ask. Good products for sure !! Their fresh factors and joint health chewables are great too in combo before trying Longevity.
