    We've had four different dogs eating ProPlan Shredded Lamb and Rice over the course of 8 years. They've all had good poop with that kibble, so we've never switched.

    Trupanion paid out almost $20,000 in claims for Murray. The expensive procedures were pre-approved by them before we had them done. We never had a problem with this company or their ability to reimburse us quickly. I'm sorry that your dog isn't being covered for what they've determined to be a preexisting condition, but I wish you'd stop trashing Trupanion here.

    This was my mantra for weeks after Murray died. Murray was going to a much better place, a place where he would be healthy and whole again. One day, but not today, I am certain that I will see him there. Thinking about you, Lori, Geno, and Jet. You have some very hard days coming. You will get through them.
