I'm not sure I understand it - this is a supplement, not a pharmaceutical ... what I do understand is that many OTC supplements are ineffective because there's no compulsory regulation as to ingredients, quality or quantity. Buying generic glucosamine from a supermarket may not work as well as getting it in the form of something like Cosequin, which is what I use. I do believe it's not so much good without chondroitin, and many nutritionists believe it's even better with other things added like Vitamin C, and/or manganese, and/or Vitamin E. Some add boron into the mix, but that's more for the bone than the cartilage I think. Ditto. Also, I don't know that I've seen a food with even half enough glucosimine and chondroitin. I have fed both Wellness and Canidae and neither even came close to having enough of either. I stick with the suppliment and feed the food I think does best for the boys.

After a few minutes he acts like he wants to leave , I,ll take him outside and he will pee then back inside he goes for the remainder. Red is this way. We don't take him to too many events. He will probably never be at a big thing like Bluegrass. I just figure this is who he is, and we do the other things he loves instead.

I lost Rex just as fast and I lost him to hemangiosarcoma that I did not know he had. I know this may seem silly, but the man makes sense. Dr. Phil would say something like... Are you going to let Otis's life be defined by that last moment, that one event, or are you going to remember him for all the years he was with you? Me speaking again, You need to remember Otis by all the seconds, minutes, hours, days, and years you had together. Otis doesn't blame you. You need to stop balming you. You miss him. It hurts. Otis touched your life, and now without him your life has changed. Losing Rex was terribly hard on me. Losing Vinnie six months later nearly killed me. I'm still here and you will be, too. I don't know about that. We had a lot of panting. I think that we are about the only ones it didn't work for. I do love the metacam though. For Vinnie it was a godsend. Adding: we had runny poops when we upped the MSM.
