Guest IrskasMom
a little Pitty for my Boy Morty. He is such a Baby . I really don't know what happen but he came in in the Morning from Potty and he was slightly limping . I checked him out and he was bleeding from two Cuts on his Back Foot. I cleaned it up . By afternoon he was limping quiet heavely and it scared me. So we went to the Emergency Vet in Annapolis . He got the Drama down very nicely.I took of the Wrap this Morning and put just a sterile Pad and wrap on.

Guest IrskasMom
Ohhh Jey , I am so happy you asked.Morty is still favoring his Foot . But every time I try to change his Bandage it starts bleeding again . What can I do about that ??? Of course , he is shaking and whimpering and I have a hard time to even change his Bandage. Batmom
For a bandage change, you could give him a plate with a teaspoon of peanutbutter smeared all over it (he can lick that through a muzzle if you need to muzzle him). Usually I will smear some antibiotic ointment on the gauze over the cut -- that helps keep it from sticking so it doesn't bleed again. But, it can take some days for cuts on feet to stop bleeding entirely. Gentle scritchies to your good boy.
