Guest HopeSLP Posted January 1, 2012 Share Posted January 1, 2012 I wanted to introduce myself and my new grey Pistol Pete. That was his racing name, we dropped the Pistol and kept the Pete. I adopted him in October, and just came across this board about a week ago. I'm excited to start posting with any issues that we come across! He has changed quite a bit since his arrival, in good ways. He's the solo dog of the house and is adjusting to the routine well. We are starting adult obedience classes next Saturday to get more socialized with other dogs and people, as he is still pretty timid with strangers. I started out fostering him, but I couldn't imagine him in anyone else's home but mine...so he's here to stay. They are a great organization to work with, very informative and supportive.
