I am afraid we have had to book an apt on Friday morning for a tail amputation :-[ something I wished we could avoid however the end of her tail is slowly dying, So I have requested to have the amputation done above the second break - which means at least 6" lost. My princess :-[ has been "our tank" for the last 3 years, never an issue, never a peep, never anything ever wrong with her. He came through with flying colors and the tail healed very nicely.
