Xan
Oh poor guy! And poor you!! Think into the future, though. This is temporary. He'll be okay soon, and you'll get a chance to catch up on some zzz's over the weekend. Guest luvmygreys
Glad Logan came through surgery okay. Sure hope he starts feeling better soon. Did you find out what was causing the problem? Hope it's good news.
win4profit
Things are looking a little better. He was standing and wagging his tail when I came home. He still has a kinda 'what was I doing or where was I going' look to him but he seems to focus a little better than last night. We fed him about 2/3 of his regular dinner and he cleaned his bowl. I took off the bandage, it was practically falling off of him anyway. The incision looks pretty good. It is only seeping a wee bit. We are just going to keep towels under him so it can air out really good. He has jammies to wear to bed. Hopefully, with the pain meds, we will all get a good nights sleep. Grab a couple of your man's extra t-shirts(white) and get them good and clean- be prepared to put one on Logan, should he start licking (very good possibility) and cut a slit up the back and then tie in a knot on top, making sure you give enough clearance around the incision. The t-shirt will stretch out, so best to not put one on during the day while you are at work(they get "caught" in it and frustrated), but muzzle instead. All of this ONLY if he is licking...I would muzzle while your gone or he could rip open the stitches. Best of luck and prayers for a benign biop- Lisa
