Good Thoughts For Hogan Please?

Oh good grief :( Has he been tested for every tick disease known to man?

Yep. :(

He is allergic to the filler in the thyroid medication he has been on, and for some reason he never got a full blood panel done.

If this turns up nothing, it is most likely he has an organic lesion or a brain tumor.

I really don't know what to do then. :(

Still waiting. I called the office at about 2, and the vet has been in emergency surgery all day. I know they will call me back before 6 my time, so one one hand-I hope there are some answers in the results. :( With his other problems that have been happening, the vet really feels that it is an organic brain lesion, a tumor or a metabolic disorder.

I know they are running a full CBC and a couple other tests including liver function-but the good news is in just a couple of days of being off the thyroid medication Hogan seems like he feels much better.

Sunday he had 4 episodes, one lasting for over 20 minutes-so we have all been a little freaked out.

Note to people who have dogs with allergies, the filler ingredients in medication can cause an allergic response.

Thanks guys for the good thoughts for my fuzzy buddy. We both appreciate it.

Sending hugs for yourself and your Ho-Ho monster. He is way too cute to be having these problems and I hope vets can help you get to the bottom of things.
