Fletcher's IBD went off the charts after he ate feral cat poop By that point he'd had all the standard tests, so, after treating him for the nasties he picked up from that unauthorized diet, she said, before we send him to a specialist and get him scoped, let's just treat him *as if* it were IBD. That's when we switched to raw, and bingo! The raw even stopped him from eating poop

Fletcher had mushy-to-runny poops and was a poop eater. I switched him to raw, and the poop eating stopped, and his own personal poops are great I can't feed him the pre-packaged raw food, (even if I could afford it!) it has stuff that triggers his IBD. Whether it is IBD or food allergies, it's mostly trial and error to find out what the problem food is (or are). I also agree with the Panacur. Can't hurt, and some of those nasties don't show up in a fecal.

I have been there, it is so frustrating! I hope you can find something to get him started
