Her other scrapes she had at the same time have healed. I figure I would wait a few more days over the weekend and if no change call the vet. I was just wondering if there is anything else I can try? Should I cover it during the daY?. At night I always uncover.

She hardly licks it maybe just a little.

Lexie of course has had many scrapes in the past and I know the drill a week or so to heal using neosporin or the trymp liquid. This time there seems to be a spot (from a scrape from a bark tree I think) that hasnt change after a week. I even covered it a few days to see if that would help. It doesn't seem to be healing. Anything else I should be doing or try?

Lexie's grandma just gave her some beets today and she loved them. I have to have a talk with granny about spoiling the grandkids Does he eat the corn from left to right or right to left?

Lexie had a nasty scrape and I had some of the trypzyme liquid but I realized it is like 3 years old. I wanted to know if there is somewhere on line I can order it because I origionally bought it at a Vet's office. Also, I tried neosporin and covered her scrape for two days and it still looks really raw. Is it better to keep covered or not?

Twice a day would be ideal but once is good for a minute or so.

Lexie use to be afraid of people bouncing balls. If u have a fenced in yard, maybe try throwing some frisbees or balls to someone else real close and have the dog watch to slowly desensitize. It will take along time but maybe he won't be so scared that he feels he has to get away. Use positive reinforcement while he is watching you play ball.

Lexie will eat all veggies except green beans..lol

Tylan powder was a miracle drug for lexie. She was on it three years. We tried stopping a year ago cause she started the vetri probiotic. We still give her the tylan when we kennel her. Give it a try. Feel better soon rocket.

I take a paper towel too after2 days and just wipe where people Pet her. I think u have to wait 2 weeks to bathe or it won't be as effective.

We use the predice foundation chicken with good results.

Lexie also has a very sensitive tummy. We bought the nutro natural choice grain free. It has venison and potato in it. She is doing well on it so far.

I went out and bought a small bag of nutro grain free. Lexie had sweet potaotes and her grain free buddy biscuits with applesauce for breakfast. She was happy

i would bring it back anyway. do you really think that they are going to examine the kibble? I can't bring it back. I bought it on line I e mailed and it sounds like I would get reimbursed. I don't know what to feed Lexie in the meantime. I guess I can throw together what she can eat like sweet potaotes and grain free snacks we have. I want to buy a small bag of something but I don't know what to get now? Grain free always works best for her
