  7. Thanks. I didn't know how long she could be on the rimadyl. I do notice with rest it does improve but it is hard to keep telling her to rest...lol
  8. Lexie had an x ray of her shoulder and has tendinitis. Vet said to try rimadyl for a week to see if it made a difference. I only noticed very slight improvement. I will be calling the vet to see what he wants to do next, but I wanted to see if any of you guys had suggestions that worked for your greys. Any meds to stay away from? Thanks. Lexie has a very sensitive tummy. The rimadyl didn't bother her.
  9. I only crate because if I took the crate away Lexie would go into serious anxiety mode..lol. She loves the crate so we have kept it for 5 years.
  10. I agree..After you are in your coat and ready to leave take her out to pee then leave gl
  11. capri potty1 Some dogs pee when they get anxious. Try and make sure she isn't "faking it" outside in the morning. Lexie sometimes does that. Have you tried giving her a kong to keep her busy. In my opinion, she is peeing from nerves.
  12. I wouldn't have her on the beds with the kids either. So sorry to hear that happened.
  13. 100 mg 1/2 tb every 12 hours for tendinitis in shoulder. Does that sound about right? I have a good vet but he is not very grey savy so I wanted to double check. Lexie is 59-60 pounds
