How's Daisy doing? You might also want to have her screened for tick born diseases, especially Ehrlichia. Here's some info: Ehrlichia from Dr. Stack's site.

When I had Honey for about three months, she decided to snack on a candle while I was out. In her case, it was a plain white taper. She was fine (although it made for an interesting deposit the next morning). But if she's vomiting and not eating, I'd call the vet.

Your math is fine. I got over two pounds of grapes for a 30+kg dog, too. And that sure is a lot of grapes.

I have to second Chicocat's recommendation of Pill Pockets. Nadia gets multiple pills three times a day (including one and a quarter of a digoxim tablets - the quarter tablet is tiny). In three years, they have worked like a charm. Nadia will usually remind me if she doesn't get her pills exactly when she expects them. They come in both beef and chicken flavors.
