Her vets are willing to consult with Dr. Couto, but the email address is bouncing and the VM has a generic message (we've tried the info from this site : https://www.coutovetconsultants.com/). Does anyone have more recent contact info or know if he's available? So I don't know what happened on her end, but at least there's been contact and she can have her vet flow the instructions and communicate with him directly! Thanks all! She suggested reaching out to Tina Kelly on FB if you have trouble reaching him again.
