Guest june
One of my girls has always had an off and on linp due to corns. I trim them down when I notice her limping and that usually helps. Recently she started limping. I trimmed the corn but she is continuing to limp and the limp looks different so we are off to the vet next week. I want her to see her regular vet which is why it is not until next week. Just looking for some prayers and good thoughts that it is not serious. Thanks, june

I don't know if you remember how many xrays Holmes had before we figured out at the Sports Medicine clinic that he had strained his gracillous muscle. We have just gone through a similar path with Cosmo. I will keep my fingers crossed for a good vet report. Guest june
So I come home today to let everyone out for potty. One of my other girls gets off the love seat and limps up to me holding her paw up. OK, so do I call and try to get them both in . . .? I let her out and when she comes back in the house she is walking just fine. I think her paw went to sleep or something. Whew! One at a time girls, please! Guest june
I'm beginning to think it may be arthritis or something similar. We will still keep the appointment because I want to be sure. Not taking any chances of missing anything. Thanks for the good thoughts. I'll let you all know what the vet says on Monday. june

Guest june
UPDATE is GOOD NEWS! No sign of Osteo but rather it is arthritis. We are starting her on Rimidal for a week to see how she does and then if that is working we'll lower the dose to the minimum to control the pain. Gave to her when we got home and she took a nap; pill? or worn out from the visit? I'm not sure, but I know I am feeling much better knowing what I am dealing with. Thanks for all the prayers and good thoughts! june
