Guest twoskinnydogs
I have posted about how Toby has been undergoing chemo for his hemangiosarcoma and lung METS, well last Friday marked the end of his second cycle of chemo. Dr. Couto wanted some chest rads to see how well the chemo was working. I got a GREYT report, his lung METS are nearly all gone!! He has gained almost all his weight back and is running around and playing like he is 5 again. I am so glad the chemo is working! We are hoping that after two more cycles of chemo Toby will offically be in remission! Keeping out fingers and paws crossed here!!!! I figured a little good news in this thread will make someone smile, I know I am! Good day to all!

Guest twoskinnydogs
Thanks everyone! Toby is a strong boy and I know he can do it! His chemo protocol is a three week cycle that consists of doxorubicin, vincristine and cyclophosphamide. Its a protocol Dr Couto designed and is working well considering Toby already had lung mets. Going to OSU was the best thing I have ever done!
