Guest Maloy Posted March 14, 2011 Share Posted March 14, 2011 A friend of ours just told us through our "sitting group" that her Dory is now an angel. Dory was 13yrs young, going on 14. We sat Dory a couple of times when her owner needed a sitter. She actually stayed with us at a time when our sweet angel "Hamie" was still here and they were like two peas in a pod. Another couple of times she stayed with us was after "Hamie" left us. Enough cannot be said about "Dory", she was like many, the perfect greyhound. Our friend, Betty Ann got her when she was already 7yrs old, so Dory lived a long wonderful life with Betty Ann, who was retired and took her everywhere. For Betty Ann, who had only cats in her life, Dory was the perfect dog for her. Dory will be greytly missed by Betty Ann and all who knew her. Run with the wind, sweet girl.
