We don't know exactly how old he was, but this past August was his 26th gotcha day. Yesterday he was all fluffed up in the bottom of his cage. X-rays showed a mass in his abdomen plus possible tuberculosis, early kidney failure, and dehydration. The vet suggested taking him to another vet for an ultrasound. We opted to let him go. He was already so stressed from the lab work and X-rays this morning. I just didn't want to put him through any more. Good bye, my sweet little buddie. You will be so, so missed.
