I understand your doubts, fears, and guilt as I experienced those emotions when I opted to go with testing and treatment for Griffin's paralysis before it became clear that the most loving thing I could do for him was to let him go. I think that they have a much deeper understanding than we give them credit for. Like when they give you that "hey lady" look.
