Guest realboo Posted August 7, 2009 Share Posted August 7, 2009 Q McHugh passed to the rainbow bridge during the night. He a big, beautiful main coon who was more dog-like than cat. He lived for his food, loved to be loved and brushed. When husband would nap on the couch, Q would be right there on his chest Every time I'm on the laptop, he'd be right there rubbing his chops against the screen corner, looking for love. Q had a heart murmur and more recently have been medicating him with potassium for kidney problems. He took his 6 squirts of medication daily so well - I think he knew it was helping him. Of course if it wasn't followed immediately by a treat, he'd squack and dance until he got it. Q was 13 - I just thought I would have many more years with my boy. I know he is being groomed right now by his main coon half siblings Kess and Ricky. They are all missed terribly today. The one thing I do know for sure, is that all they ever knew in their lives was love. And they certainly gave us much joy and love in return.
