Guest metoman Posted May 27, 2009 Share Posted May 27, 2009 Our sweet little girl Maggie arrived at the bridge yesterday at 12:30 pm at the ripe old age of 15.5 years. My wife I got her as an 8-year old senior. Her previous owner returned her and we really never could understand why. Maggie was always a bit underweight, and one could characterize her as "sickly", but she was strong and stubborn and always came through. She was an amazing little girl. She finally succumbed to a stroke that left her permanently unsteady and unable to eat or drink. Her last car ride to the vet was one of the hardest things we've ever had to do.
