  1. Kari - I am so sorry to read about this. Run free Hana.
  2. Hi Kim - I just read this about Rainey. It must have been so so scary for you. I'm glad that she has recovered good and lets hope this was just an isolated incident. Sue
  3. I have a little blue girl from Trent Lee. She never raced, as a matter of fact the litter never raced. She was one of 5 blues in the litter. She is my wild child, but she brings so much energy to the house. She is just turning 3 next month, so still has the puppy mentality. As for training her, she is very smart, she just doesn't apply herself. She is a lot more stubborn than the rest of my hounds too. She is very quick, but you can tell she does not have the same form as my other pups.
  4. Blossom is gorgeous and she also has on a very beautiful collar!
  5. Congratulations Vanessa. You guys are very luck to have Junebug. I hope to meet you at the GO reunion in November. I am friends with and work with your adoption rep/foster mom. I actually spoke with your other half a few weeks ago. Keep us posted on Junebug's progress.
  6. Sending good thoughts your way Kari and Passion.
  7. I remember my friends pup Tallinn. She is not a member of GT, so I will post in her honor. Tallinn was a big brindle boy who was 10.5 years old. He crossed the bridge yesterday. God Speed Tallinn.
  8. I have mine lined with dr. scholls stuff. soft padding stuff.
  9. My 4 are muzzled when I'm not home, basket muzzle. You should see my 2 year old zip around the house playing with her toys with it on. When I get home she doesn't even come to me to take it off. They get used to it and they can play, eat, drink, pant, and live very comfortably with it on. It is for their protection from each other as I have 4 and they can get quite rambunctious and pissy with each other.
  10. I can't remember, she referred to it as a bacterial overgrowth and he is on Tylan.
  11. Hi Jeannie. Stetson had his teeth cleaned and a wart removed and was on antibiotics. He got the Big D. I took him in this week after 2 weeks of this and going thru rice and boiled beef and the whole nine yards. The vet took a swab and he has a bacterial infection. Equivalent to a yeast infection in woman basically. He is on day 2 of the meds and his poop is looking good (if poop can look good)! Has your vet taken a swab and looked for bacteria? To add, all my guys are on probiotics, but it didn't help keep the bacteria out with Stetson.
  12. One of my boys tore his and he had to have a couple of stiches, healed up quickly. It was a bad tear tho, would not stop bleeding. My other boy just tore his this past week. Not really bleeding so I think it is OK. I have kept an eye on it. Today I will clean it really good to see how it is doing. I think the biggest concern is infection, so gotta really watch out for that.
  13. Don't beat yourself up. She knew she was loved and she is now telling all her buddies the great home she had.
