He was an amazingly "simple" boy in so many ways but secretly he was a clown. He never jumped up on furniture to lay with us and never gave kisses. But in his own certain way he always let us know he loved us and loved being with us. He was always by my side anytime I ate anything and always was able to share my food with me. Then would follow me to the kitchen for dish clean up. He would just walk up to you and stand and that always meant "pet me" When we would come home from being gone he would never meet you at the door. But after you were in and it was cookie time that Pup dog would come blazing down the haul, toy in mouth not to be left out. Dinner time again he was not one to wait around by your side to be fed. Secretly he would be in the bedroom attacking his toys and having a grand old time. The second you tapped that spoon on the food bowl, that was his sign that it was dinner time. In he would rush to the kitchen, again toy in mouth. Just to gentely place it nicely in the water bowl Pup had a HUGE love for toys. Always carrying them inside to outside and sometimes if we were lucky he would carry them back in. From the Livingroom to the bedroom he was always on toy patrol. One of Pup's most favorite toys was a Mouse that Batmom made so long ago. Gosh he loved that ratty toy Pup's body was just tired and failing him. And again in the way that Pup only could do he told us with his look and his actions that it was time. His love for his toys was never a question and his joy and alertness out side was always breathtaking And his eyes, my GOD his eyes were his way of talking to you. The toy wrangeling days are no longer in this home and there is a huge hole in our hearts. Pup was ready and we listened. He's among many many friends and family in the heavens above and I KNOW that mouse is tight in his jaws and is going for a wild ride. GOD SPEED Pupper, we love and miss you!
