Lily just turned two and retired after a very short racing career in Jacksonville that lasted for three whole races. She's a tiny little girl and weighs only 48 pounds. She was known at the kennel as "Lil One" but we decided that "Lily" was close enough not to confuse her and a lot prettier. Lily is very shy and isn't quite sure what to make of her new surroundings or her new humans. She has mastered the stairs like a pro, though, and is catching on to the idea of walking on a leash. She slept through her first two nights without any problems and hasn't had a single accident. She's also started to show interest in the toys, especially the Kong with peanut butter in it. Lily and our other grey, Lark, have gotten along fine so far as well. He was a little disturbed when she took over the "prime" bed, but that was easily remedied by a quick trip to PetSmart. Isn't she gorgeous? By the way, her racing name was TA's Donewith you and she has several littermates still in the Jacksonville area. She's an offspring of Flying Penske and DR Tornado.
