The dog I went to see wasn't interested in me, so Marilyn showed me some others. She finally said that she had a new dog, hadn't really gotten to know his personality, but did I want to see him anyway? This big blue brindle THING comes blasting out of the kennel, races straight to me, puts his big head up the front of my coat, and says "Take me with you". How could I say no? What are you gonna do with that flashy thingy? But, Mom, it was an ugly pillow - I did you a big favor, trust me. He had fun meeting & greeting all the people. The old man in his new bed.
