We are taking it day by day. This has affected my dh too more than I ever could have imagined, he is so lost it seems. He never lost a pet until now. I've only ever lost one pet until now (it was the one I grew up with, but she lived to her fullest age. I am pining for my Checker, I want to hold him so badly it hurts.
