  1. I second getting another opinion. :grouphug I'm not sure of the distance, but I loved Dylan's Oncologist in Dearfield Beach. She was definately worth the drive. Animal Cancer Care Clinic Dr. Stephanie Correa 954-421-5099 She has a Miami office also!! 305-652-0448 20290 NW 2nd Ave. (441) Miami, Fl 33169
  2. Sally has gone to the bridge. Bev will post a eulogy when she is able. Until then please keep Bev and her family in your thoughts and prayers.
  3. Dylan had a cancerous mass removed from his small intestine in April of 2006. He recovered well and went on to gain weight while he was having chemo. We lost him to some other form of cancer in May of 2007.

    She's Gone

I am so very sorry Bill and Irene.
  5. Removed again. The total of all images added together must be <15k. You had three images, each one over 15k. The guidelines are very clearly outlined in this thread.
  6. That sucks Trudy. :grouphug Gentle hugs for RyRy.
  7. I would ask your Vet about adding Epakitin, which is a phosphorus binder to her food.
  8. Our old 'Tzu, JD, was diagnosed with high BP and early KD in May of last year by an internal specialist. He did not recommend diet change, but put him on two BP meds and Epakitin. JD is doing well. JD turned 14 in Nov. and lost an eye on Arpil of last year. He is our Little One-eyed Wonder Dog.
  9. Something I found out is the most generics Vets don't check BP, nor do they have the equipment to check it. To get JD's checked, I have to drive 20 miles and pay an extra fee, beyond the regular office call.
  10. True, there is a correlation. JD, our old Shih Tzu has high blood pressure and his kidney values are askew. He is on two BP meds. and we sprinkle Epakitin, a phosphorus binder, on his food every day. Kidney Disease
  11. Jane has gone to the bridge. Please keep Meredith and family in your prayers and thoughts.
