Wow! Carmen got a haul of treats this evening! The throw is very nice, the coffee smells wonderful and who can resist chocolate? As you can see from the pic, Carmen is anxiously waiting for me to finish taking pics and give her treats! She and sis Amelia both love the treats! I also love and appreciate the ornament! Thank you again!

I am SO sorry to read this. He sounds like he was a wonderful hound and friend. I hope he is running free over the bridge and maybe found my sweet boy Sidney and sweet girl June to play with and show him around. May your wonderful memories comfort you.

Late to the party here... and lots of good advice. I will add my 2 girls are the sweetest hounds ever. Love everyone! HOWEVER - Carmen does NOT like you trying to pick her up once she is laying down. And Amelia sometimes does not want to be bothered once she's on her bed... no kisses, etc. We have both learned this by a growl and/or a snap. Now we know and respect these boundaries. Sounds like your boy is good on his bean bag and let him be. Enjoy all your time with him! He sounds lovely!

Amelia was thrilled to find out who sent the beautiful ornament a bit ago... funny thing is I had that in my cart on Etsy! She also loves the stuffs that arrived this evening! She is even sharing with her sister Carmen. I took a few photos, but Flickr is not responding at the moment. Hopefully I can update this post later with them! Thank you very much! Carmen here, I’m a little dear. I will answer your riddle and will not piddle… I love my treats, I must confess. Peanut butter is definitely the best. I love toys, I am just not robust. I leave that to my sister and trust. Mum is a silly runner… And loves to eat… she says that’s funner? Sweets and salty treats she says she loves… She doesn’t share just cause. I hope I helped and sang a good song, And didn’t bark anything wrong.

BOTH my hounds and my kitties have grieved over losing one of their buddies. Definitely will take time. I give them lots of extra love and treats to help.
