  6. Hi Stan and Jenna! Welcome from Maryland!
  7. Wow. It is so wonderful that you are giving Jack a home and the opportunity to learn and approach things in his own time. Please keep all of us updated on his continuing progress!
  8. We miss hearing about Hot Rod. Happy Gotcha Day at the Bridge, Hot Rod!
  9. Congratulations and welcome home Italy! I also add a couple of teaspoons of wet food to our girls' kibble. I also put some canned pumpkin on it too. Sometimes I use meat baby food (the infant pureed kind) and spread some on top of their kibble. They love it!
  10. That is so exciting! Enjoy your day tomorrow and be sure to post pictures ASAP when you get her home!
  11. Welcome Michelle and Riley! We live right across the river in Maryland!
  12. Hi and welcome back to Greytalk! About your grey's eyes- does she squint in the sun? Our grey has a condition in which her pupils do not constrict in bright light and it always looks like her eyes are dilated. Her vet said that we could take her to a canine ophthalmologist, but if it doesn't bother her too much we could try doggie sunglasses. She seems to be fine with it. The next time you take her to the vet ask him/her to check her eyes for you.
  13. Beautiful Sabrina! Has it really been two years? Caroline
  14. Breeze has a bare belly too and loves to lay in the sun! I started using a spray baby sunscreen on her - SPF50 - I think Coppertone makes it and it comes in a pink spray container. She looks at me funny now when I spray it on, but since we had a scare with a small skin cancer that had to be removed, it is worth the effort now.
  15. I am so sorry that you lost your beautiful Winnie. Run Free Winnie!
  16. Congratulations! Venus is beautiful! One of my girls absolutely LOVED her crate and would sleep there at night and nap there during the day. My other girl loved to sleep in her crate during the day but was not fond of sleeping in her crate at night. Dogs, like people, are individuals with different preferences. Watch her and she will tell you what she is most comfortable doing. Welcome home Venus!
