It took a while for Myka to put some weight on, once I added yogurt to her kibble, she started to fill out nicely.

He is GORGEOUS! Welcome! I love how he's giving directions in the car.

The day I turned on the coffee grinder and Myka took off running, only to stop when I reassured her it was ok, was THE BEST DAY. She was a different dog after that.

She looks fluffy too and of course very muscular. It's hard waiting, huh? Myka's backside is pretty bald, too, and she's mostly stayed that way.

Sounds like the perfect dog. But yes, they do change a little bit over time, he might become more excitable as he gets more comfy or maybe he'll decide to run around the house when you get home to show you how happy he is. It takes a little time for their entire personalities to show but some arrive and settle in like they've always been there.
