  1. Just sending and and to your handsome boy and his family.
  2. Sending all our sympathy for the loss of your big, strong, brave, sweet, handsome Vinny.
  3. Welcome, Vanille! (How is that pronounced?) My first grey acted like she was miserable her first week with me. The best advice I got was to treat her like she was the happiest, luckiest dog in the world. It worked -- she quickly started acting like she believed me.
  4. Welcome -- nice-looking pack! Jujube will probably keep on surprising you (Topper, too!) as their pet personalities develop.
  5. Adding our own gentle kisses to that sweet nose. When Purple Bear day comes, everybody had better get ready to dance!
  6. I'm glad you were able to help out with the poor dogs. Good karma going to you. The azodyl (and epatikin, too, IIRC) there is actually some published research showing helpful results. Of course, most of the research was done by the company that manufactures it, but still ...
  7. Thinking good thoughts for Phene. Give him an extra kiss on his noggin from us.
  8. Oh, lovely Dot, we are insatiable. Now we want videos. Are you keeping up the good work?
  9. Good boy not messing with your ear, Joshy. What is the additional stain looking for?
  10. When Scout was in end-stage kidney failure, we gave him Azodyl, a probiotic that helps filter out uremic toxins from the bloodstream. It lowered his creatinine significantly for a few months, and I hope made him feel better. Ideally, we would have given it earlier in his disease process, but I think it helped his quality of life for the time he had.
  11. Poor baby. I've had best stain-removing results with a rug cleaning machine; or without a machine but with Oxyclean. One school of thought says try just fluids for 24 hours to let her insides rest and heal.
  12. Sending fattening and steadying hugs. I've just been reading in your other thread -- Weight Loss and SLO Treatment. Fatty acids such as omega 3's are usually very beneficial for SLO. If you aren't using it already, and if B's digestion isn't too delicate, how about trying a small amount of omega 3 oils/pills? Add a few more calories, and good for his nails. Scout, who had SLO, loved salmon oil on his food. Theoretically, I'm a follower of the "feed more of what they're already getting." But ...
  13. Poor babycita. Feel better soon, sweetie.
  14. Your videos -- that tail going as fast as she could wag it; the joyful black streak leaping around your yard. Farewell, beautiful Polly.
  15. Run with the wind, Kenny.
  16. I'm so sorry that your beautiful Lottie is gone.
  17. Yay, Ryder! I've enjoyed following your adventures.
  18. Congratulations, Buzzy and Sebastian!!
