dbullwinkel Posted June 13, 2012 Author Share Posted June 13, 2012 He is gone.. i waited for my husband to come home..we visited with him..he rested his head on my lap and just looked at me...almost to tell me it was ok to let him go. Between the bad osteo and LS ( vet said she hasn't seen that bad in ages) he was in such pain. ...I could see it in his eyes. My vet and I held him till he was gone. She gave me a paw print of him so I could "take part of him home"..My vet is so sweet and caring. Garry transformed from a scared, timid boy who wouldn't come into a room if people were there...to the clown of the household. He had the biggest smile and heart to go with it. Garry was the beggar of the three..patiently waited with his head nearly on the table until I snuck him something..I am hoping my Missy (she will be 13 in august does ok without him. she was my first grey and we lost our second one also to cancer (spine). Missy was so depressed, I got Garry. But now we have Flex..the crazy Ig..who was Garry's best friend..I am so worried for these two. Missy and Garry were always together.
