But before the end of the first week, you could see how much better he was without that toe. We ended up having bandage changes every 5 days or so... Rainey's leg/foot got really swollen from a catheter one time too (just the left leg, had 2 in the right and those were fine). The tissue looks very healthy compared to the nastiness that used to be there. Hopefully we'll get the pathology report tomorrow.
