Guest phineas Posted July 7, 2010 Share Posted July 7, 2010 I registered about a week ago, but I've been waiting to say hello until we had a proper name for our new family member . . . Merlin is two years old and such a sweetheart! He's been with us for only three days, and we (me + husband & two kids) are all head over heels in love with him. I had wanted to adopt a retired Greyhound for many, many years, but it wasn't the right time until now. We have two other dogs, a Chihuahua mix named Maverick, and a JRT named Luna. After the initial sniffing, Merlin hasn't been terribly interested in the little dogs; they're still getting used to the giant now living in their house (no aggression, though - thank goodness). Here's Merlin enjoying the little dogs' bed.
