Cully Posted July 5, 2008 Share Posted July 5, 2008 (edited) Allie could use some prayers if you have any to spare. She threw up on Thursday after breakfast and then didn't eat her evening meal. Yesterday morning she did the same thing. So, I didn't feed her anything last night. She was drinking so but, not a lot. I call the vet first thing with morning. I took her up and they are keeping her to give her fluids and meds. They are going to call me this later this afternoon. She has never been away from home before without me. I miss her already. My mom said that Gracie cried for about a 1/2 hour after I left with her. She still hasn't eaten her breakfast. Allie is HOME!! :clap Update. the vet called me at about 4:30pm. The blood work was good. She was a dehydrated but, other wise alright. She had a bag of fluids. She would not lay down or calm down. The vet also tried to give her food and she would not eat. The vet told me I might as well come and get her to see how she would do at home. I got there and the vet said that he told her that her mommy was coming to take her home. He went to get everything ready to take out her IV and when he came back she had eaten the A/D. She was very happy to see me. She got home and just ate a little more. Thanks for all the prayers.
