Guest madredhare Posted February 21, 2008 Share Posted February 21, 2008 I lost my buddy Brett yesterday. So sudden, I am still in shock. He vomited Tuesday night and was restless. By Wednesday early morning he was groaning constantly and the next thing I know, he was down and unresponsive. I had to use a blanket to get him into my vehicle by myself to get him to the vet. Upon arrival, he was critical. Low body temp, purple gums and lost that "spark" in his eyes. I knew when I left him for them to try to figure out what was wrong, I would not see him alive again. Once the light in their eye is gone, I don't think they ever come back. The vet did all they could, and they were crying with us as well. Run free my sweet boy.
