monte_gracie Posted December 1, 2007 Share Posted December 1, 2007 (edited) Monte was doing well enough for them to let me bring him home today. He is doing amazingly well. He had been using only 3 legs for the last 2 weeks so it seems that the adjustment is only minor. He is not exactly trilled that he lost a leg, but he is handling it fairly well. We went outside for a few minutes a couple of times and he's has a couple of small meals. He walks a little, then pauses a little but when he wants, he moves quite quickly. He didn't sleep very well the first night home, but last night was better. Fingers crossed he continues to improve. He has been such a good boy.
