Guest greytlady Posted December 16, 2006 Share Posted December 16, 2006 Kissy suffered the last couple months from neck pain and muscle spasms in her back. She was on several different pain meds and muscle relaxers but went down on me yesterday and was sent to the bridge. Kissy was the sweetest old lady and loved nothing better than to grab all the blankets when I changed the bed and make a cozy nest for herself and pretend she was deaf when I asked her to get up so they could go in the wash. She had the softest, plushest fur and big beautiful brown eyes that she could work like mad. She was the perfect lady, no accidents in the house, never chewed anything she wasn't supposed to and held on to her regal aura till the end. Every now and then she would get wild with a stuffy, throwing it around and stomping it, but if she thought you were watching she would stop immediately and walk off like that behavior was so beneath her. She held a very special place in my heart and I bid her a sad farewell. Run pain free Kissy and I am sure that there are nice soft blankets for you to lay on and plenty of sunrays to bask in.
