    Mary, I am so, so sorry. I believe in my heart that the spooky greyhounds are a special gift from God. Freddie is pain free, and he is in such good paws with all the angels who went before him. What a beautiful tribute you wrote for Freddie. Godspeed Freddie, send your mom a sign that you are OK.

    If he is limping it hurts. Greyhounds can be pretty stoic. Friday will be day 3, I would take him to the vet.

    Something else you could try....Kraft mac & cheese, the one with the powdered cheese. Cook the macaroni (you want it on the soft, well cooked side) drain and then mix in the powdered cheese. No milk or butter. I'm not a fan of Hill's, but the little cans of AD are good for enticing a sick pupper to eat.

    Has he been seen by a cardiologist? Are there tick diseases in Australia? Seizures are one of the many possible symptoms of tick disease. link to tick diseases

    With my bridge pups it seems that alternating between baked chicken, (Crock Pot cooked) lean roast beef, boiled ground round, meat loaf, Rice Krispies in vanilla yogurt, scrambled eggs with cheese, macaroni & cheese....usually changing daily. Sending prayers.

    I usually start them off at two a day and go from there. My dogs are on Fresh Factors and Joint Health, both from Springtime.

    Sending prayers. Maybe try Zantac instead of Pepcid, and twice a day?
