  1. I just brought MSU up because they would have specialists in all fields. Sending prayers for Eve.
  2. I'm not familiar with the product. What I have used for all my greyhounds is Fresh Factors and Joint Health from Springtime. linky
  3. I am so sorry. Godspeed Roman, run with all the angels.
  4. CET toothpaste should be fine. I would also get CET mouth rinse to help with those gums. linky
  5. If soft stool are his "normal" I would really consider a food without grains. For now I would take him in for a check up, also take some of his stool.
  6. Has anything in his food or treats changed? If he is on kibble does it smell fresh?
  7. I am so sorry. Godspeed Payne, run with all the other angels.
  8. I am giving Renie one 100mg (Whole Foods) milk thistle capsule twice a day. She also gets one Sam-e 200mg tablet twice a day.
  9. Congratulations on two years! Sending prayers that the antibiotic kicks the infection in the butt!
  10. I went to Whole Foods yesterday evening to get the nutritional yeast and the bin was almost empty. I scraped up what I could, but it was less then a pound. I came home and fed the puppers and was really disappointed that Renie just looked at her food and went to lay down. I ordered 15 pounds from the website that was given at the start of this thread, so I'm hoping that maybe she just didn't like it because it was stale or something. So now I'm wondering why the bin was empty, all the other bins were full.
  11. If the vet she has taken him to cannot give a diagnosis I would seek a second opinion. Also make sure the xrays are seen by a radiologist specialist or an oncologist.
  12. I hope Nelly gets much, much better but it is good that she enjoys her friends at the vet clinic. I remember when she and her brothers and sisters were just tiny puppies.

I am so sorry. You told a beautiful story of her life, and she really does have dreamy eyes and a beautiful face. Godspeed sweet girl, run with all the other angels.
  14. Her stomach is probably upset. Try giving her Pepcid at least 30 minutes before you feed her. Since you are getting bloodwork done you may as well have a comprehensive panel done. You could ask the vet about giving her Carafate for a few days also to see if that will help settle her tummy. Try cooking her some chicken and rice, overcook the rice and give it to her with some broth. Moving is always an adjustment so that may be why she is not eating well, but you are wise to take her in and get the bloodwork done just in case.
