  1. Yay for perfect labs! Whosagudboi. Wishing you all a peaceful and uneventful overnight.
  2. Here's a Flickr link, because everyone must see her in her finery!
  3. Extra ice cream for Mark! What a tough boy. Ellen, please write a book one day.
  4. That's so strange. I have heard this before from people when I've used postimages. I wonder if it's the browser. I'm using Chrome on a Mac and I see Amelia in her cute pink striped shirt plain as day!
  5. Thank you, Miss Jan! Willa has such a great PR team. She's in third place in her group. After this round, they'll crown a winner from each group, and all the winners will compete against each other. I think you should win by default if you have the patience for this process.
  6. All clear! Next appointment in 3 months unless anything changes!
  7. All good thoughts for Mark's wee toofers and many scritches to Gracie!
  8. Try Imgur or postimages.org. Instructions for the latter are here:
  9. You know we're gonna need a . I'm so glad she is continuing to do well! Willa has follow-up X-rays and bloodwork today.
  10. He is beautiful. Congratulations!
  11. I honestly don't know how she does those tight spins. Sometimes she even goes out in the yard and does them by herself when Doolin's not interested in being yelled at playing.
  12. Way to go, Amelia! You show those stairs who's boss. "Bopping along." Perfectly described.
  13. Willa, ~6 months post-amp: She is not vicious. She just plays like it.
  14. Thanks, Chris! @2greyhoundMINI We need an Amelia update to make the new thread official. Any issues after the first chemo?
  15. Sweep had some plaque (and some kicking breath sometimes), but her teeth were always declared "good" and she never lost any. The odd thing with my current two is that Willa's look a lot better than Doolin's—she has far less plaque and her breath is better, which is nice because she's a kisser. I guess that's one thing they don't share as siblings!
  16. 1. I bought these sleeveless shirts from Amazon and just sewed up one arm hole. (And then I turned one shirt into a piñata costume, but I digress...) If you have an old t-shirt you can spare, you can do the same thing and just tie up the excess fabric into a knot at her back. 2. That leg's doing a lot of extra work these days. Totally normal for it to be sore until she adjusts. Was she standing for a while at the vet appointments yesterday?
  17. Facebook. We need to see more of you around here, dude! I see you still take your naps very seriously.
  18. I wonder if he was thinking of one of the other immunotherapies, like FidoCure or Torigen or Elias. The Yale vaccine definitely does not require a sample of the tumor, just a diagnosis confirmed through biopsy and an anticipated survival time of at least three months. Again, no pressure or judgment either way, I just want to make sure you have accurate info! Amp and chemo are still the gold standard; anything extra is like you said: a roll of the dice.
  19. Happy birthday, gorgeous Wiki! Thank you for introducing "Wiki walkie" to the Greytalk lexicon and long may you continue your banditry!
  20. Fantastic update! It's awesome that she was able to start chemo today too; the sooner, the better IMO. Willa had 6 rounds of carboplatin and never any side effects, and I hope the same for Amelia! Next time you'll have to get her a plain cheeseburger afterward; Willa says that helps a lot. Have you thought any more about the vaccine? (No pressure, of course, just curious!)
  21. AnnIE. She is right on trend with the "unexpected red."
