Maddie does it, and she digs in it too. And it is not dirt it is NC red clay - YEAH!! which is impossible to get out of anything when it is wet. Towel is by the back door at all times to wipe off paws.

Thankfully, I have never had to with Dr. Couto or his team directly but I have heard many great praises, compliments about him and I look forward to meeting him at Mountain Hounds this year. I just want to say "Thank you from the bottom of my heart" for all that he does for greyhounds, their owners and the greyhound community. We appreciate all you and your staff do for us in an effort to combat greyhound cancer.

And please don't second guess yourself, you made the kind and loving decision for Romeo as much as you will miss him. Thank you. Dr. Marin from OSU is speaking this weekend at our annual fundraiser. I made a donation in Bonnie's memory and it will get matched by the Greyhound Project as well. I think we will be coming to Mountain Hounds! We reserved 2 hotel rooms last week. I really want to see Dr. Couto again and say thank you for everything he did. YEAH we can finally meet you.

Dr. Couto will be speaking at Mountain Hounds this year too. I plan on donating too some of Maddie's allowance in honor of Bonnie and her family.

I forgot to mention I also met the famous Iceman as well this weekend. What a beautiful boy you have Alicia. Maddie is sending good thoughts to Romeo (who looks almost like her)

Leah - I finally met Romeo this weekend at Totty and he was a love. He came up to me for pets and affection - I hope Romeo gets better quick - to you all.
