  2. I don't know what to offer you except hugs. We too are fighting some unknown here and it's so da*n frustrating.
  3. Polli is 2 3/4 months post FRONT leg amputation. Today in the snow she was doing zoomies with Teddy!!! Yesterday, after I threw a screaming moneky, she ran got it with her tush in the air and shook it. This did not happen over night, as I am sure you know.
  4. It's always something, isn't it!? Continued prayers for Valentino.

Beautiful boy- I am so sorry for your loss.
  7. Although I only have one senior, age 10 - I am no expert, but I would think that it varies from dog to dog. I did not know Polli when she was 2 but all i can say is that even with her amputation, she still behaves like a 3 year old pup! When was Argus' last well check up? Is it time for another?
  8. This is quite accurate. There will be no more pain for Willie. Don't look at it as he has no leg, instead he has no osteo!! How wonderful. Many prayers for Willie's fast recovery!
  9. So sorry to hear, will keep Isis in my prayers.
  10. Glad he did well. We all 2nd guess ourselves. Perfectly normal. Today in the snow my maniac Polli was doing zoomies 3 legged, I thought of you and wished you could have seen it. One day at a time. If that gets too rough, one hour at a time. You will get there.
  11. Healing thoughts and white light prayers for Miss Bonnie.
  12. Just got home and he ate a lot. Prob a cup of rice and 1/2 pound of beef. I think because he has a sensitive stomach to begin with and the added stress of the new blend of foods and meds, he needs time. he is happy, silly, drinking, and no blood.
  13. We do understand, only all too well. Many prayers for your baby girl.
  14. well... he ate quite a bit last evening but nothing this morning. I will be hope at one to try again. His poops had blood in it that one time. Vet felt that it was due to straining because after giving him a rectal, she said he was inflamed. Anyway, his poops have gone from pudding like to explosive D. I kind of expected that after the drastic change in diet and all the meds he is on. We have to give it a week on the rice and beef before we do anything different.
  15. Congrats! He is beautiul and shares a very special birthday with my Polli!
  16. Yup! that's definitely a rash. If it were my pup, I'd be in first thing in the morning to find out what it is and get something to clear it up! They may not have hours over the holiday weekend and it could become worse and uncomfortable. Good luck and please update after your appointment.
  17. If all else is ok, it could be allergies.
