  1. Polli AKA Bohemian Ocean- Jan. 1, 1999- March 8, 2009 So beautiful, so loved, so missed. Thank you for doing this.
  2. I just reread your post and noticed the evo. My dogs can't tolerate that and they have pretty rock hard stomachs. Just a thought...
  3. Maria- I am so sorry. You have my prayers.
  4. Oh brother. I feel I could have a degree in explosive poop and gurglies. I hope that it's just a case of settling in. I don't wish what we have been through on anyone.

    Hogan

I am very sorry for your loss.
  7. Agreed. I am so sorry, cherish the time yo uhave now. let him have everything he never would be allowed to have and celebrate his life.
  8. Oh boy, sounds just like what Beau went through for months. Tarry stool and all. After months of different foods, fasting, meds, x-rays, sonos, thousands on tests and finally open abdominal surgery to finally get a definitive diagnosis of IBD. What have you done so far? have you tried a precription diet yet with NOTHING else?
  9. Congrats and welcome. When you say your 9 year old will let the dog out. I presume you have a fenced in yard? Can the person who is looking after your son can let the dog out sometime between the time your son comes home and when you get home? That would be the most ideal.
  10. Most greys I know have started turning grey in their 3rd year and by 5 many of them are white faced. I love it. There is nothing wrong with them and obviously the lighter the dog, the harder it is to tell!!
  11. Chloe weighs 70 pounds and is on .5 mg 2x a day. It doesn't seem like a high dose. I have never heard of it causing a murmer, but wait to see what the doc says.
  12. Sending good thoughts. Update when you get back.
  13. I use the unflavored heartgard on Beau because of his IBD and I used interceptor on the others.
  14. Oh Bev- I jut saw this and hope that Mokka is on the way to feeling better soon. Many prayers.
  15. Wow, I am sorry you are still going through this. I would be surprised if it's stones, uncommom for a greyhound, but certainly not impossible. Flagyl can be iffy on the stomach. I would also give the bread if he will eat it UNLESS he is grain intolerant???
  16. I feel like I knew him. Beautiful tribute. xoxox

    Yopon Alan Wag

My heart aches for and with you. I hope that Polli met him and took him by the paw, finally ready for their "date", now that they both were feeling so much better. God Speed Alan, you are so missed. Run like the wind.
  18. Thank Goodness! Contined prayers for your family.
  19. Sending lots of postive thoughts for todays test... please update.
