Guest brandi007
Just asking for some good thoughts for my Sophie. She turned 10 on December 5th and ever since then she seems so much older, which scares the ever living bajeezus out of me. This weekend she threw up her dinner, this happens sometimes so I cleaned it up and kept an eye on her. The second day she turned her nose up at her dinner - she was still drinking lots of water so I didn't worry. Third day I made her white rice with beef broth for dinner and she turned her nose up at it again - I mixed some kibble with Cat Food which she ate - and then threw up. She started perking up a bit and I didn't want to take her to an E-Vet on the Holiday Monday, so I went out, picked up some really tasty healthy canned food and mixed it in with her food last night, which she threw up again. I've been giving her pepto before meals which helped a bit but obviously not enough. She's booked to see the vet this evening, please send my lady some good thoughts, I love her so much.... GreyPoopon
Giardia can certainly make a girl feel horrid. It can also be a bit of a bear to clear up. But once it's gone, she'll be just fine.
