His breathing has become more shallow and he just can't seem to get comfortable. I promised him early on that I'd never let him suffer....I just didn't know it would hurt so bad to keep that promise. Our houndies have always given us true selfless love and in return we give our hearts and souls to make sure they never suffer. Our prayers are with you as you make the greatest sacrifice in walking your sweet boy, Lewis to the Bridge when he and you are ready. There will be many new and old Angels to help him on his way.
