This weekend will be hard I am sure. We are going to give our selves time to heal before jump back in. We we able to talk about it more last night with out tearing up too much. And thought that when we are ready, maybe we could be a foster home for a while. Funny, I was thinking the foster route too....just to hard to think of 'replacing' right now. I think it's tough when you don't have another hound to love on. The house seems so empty. Time to heal is needed, start again with a clear head. We had three pets six months ago (cat + two greys) and now we have none. So it is really a challenge. I feel fortunate that I was able to get to know the parents of four of Chance's littermates and hope we can continue to be friends.
